Free UK delivery on orders of £500 or more (ex VAT merchandise subtotal)
Below £500 ex VAT the delivery charge varies with the consignment and the destination. We confirm the charge with you before your order is completed. Click & Collect from Leeds is always free.
Delivery Options
Pallet Delivery (Kerbside)
Flooring is delivered on pallets to kerbside. A forklift or pallet truck will be required to move goods from the kerbside. The driver is not responsible for moving goods beyond the kerbside.
Same-Day Collection
Collection is available same day from our Leeds trade counter. All stock is available for immediate collection.

Delivery lead time
Lead time depends on the consignment and the destination and is confirmed with you before your order is completed.
UK Mainland only
Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may be subject to additional charges — please contact us.
Same-day collection cut-off: 12:00 noon
Orders confirmed before noon are picked and ready for same-day collection from the Leeds trade counter during opening hours. Delivery is scheduled with you when the consignment is confirmed.
