Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Surface Depot uses a small number of them on surfacedepot.co.uk. Marketing cookies are only used if you click Accept on our cookie banner.
Cookies needed for the site to work
These are always on, because the site cannot work properly without them.
| _medusa_jwt | Keeps you signed in to your trade account. Lasts 7 days. |
| _medusa_cart_id | Remembers your order list. Lasts 7 days. |
| sd_consent | Remembers whether you accepted or declined marketing cookies, so we don't ask on every page. Lasts 12 months. Your choice is also saved in your browser's storage. |
Visitor statistics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device.
Marketing cookies (only if you click Accept)
We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (owner of Facebook and Instagram), to see how our adverts perform. It tells Meta which pages and products you view, and whether you call or email us, get directions to our trade counter or apply for a trade account. It does not receive anything you type into our forms.
| _fbp, _fbc | Set by the Meta Pixel to connect your visit to Meta adverts. Last up to 90 days. |
| sd_attribution | Remembers which advert or link first brought you to our site, so we know which campaigns lead to trade account applications. Lasts 90 days. |
