How Surface Depot Trade Accounts Work
Surface Depot sells to the trade only. Prices are shown to approved trade account holders when they log in, and orders are placed online for collection from our Leeds trade counter or for delivery.
Who can apply
Trade accounts are for businesses that buy flooring or wall panels for work they install or manage, including flooring fitters and contractors, bathroom fitters, tilers, builders and renovation contractors, property developers, and refurbishment, maintenance and interior fit-out teams.
What an approved account gives you
- Trade pricing across our range when you log in.
- Online ordering for same-day collection from Leeds (orders confirmed before 12:00 noon) or UK mainland delivery, free on orders of £500 or more ex VAT.
- The full range: glue-down LVT, SPC click flooring, SPC wall panels and trims and accessories.
- A local trade counter in Leeds, by phone, by email or in person. About the trade counter
What you'll need to apply
Your company or trading name; your company registration and VAT numbers if you have them; a contact name, position, phone number and email address; your business address; your type of business, years trading, estimated monthly volume and current suppliers; and a password for your account.
How applications are reviewed
- Apply online with your business details.
- Our team reviews every application, usually within 24–48 hours.
- We let you know the outcome by email.
- Once approved, log in to see trade pricing and place orders.
Applying does not guarantee approval: we check each application to make sure a Surface Depot trade account is the right fit. Trade accounts are pay before dispatch, with no automatic credit terms.
